I have always found my way back to movement. As a lifelong dancer, I first discovered yoga as a teenager through my dance practice, looking for strength, flexibility, and a deeper connection to my body. What began as a physical practice quickly became something much more.. a space to slow down, listen, breathe, and connect with myself.
I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2022 through Radiance Yoga! The training came at an important point in my life and gave me the opportunity to deepen my understanding of yoga both on and off the mat. My relationship with movement continues to evolve, but I still come back to the same belief: movement can be a powerful way to connect with ourselves and with the people around us.
My background in dance, coaching, mentorship, and arts administration has shaped the way I approach teaching. I love creating spaces where people can explore movement without pressure or expectation.. finding their own rhythm, their own range, and their own version of what feeling good in their bodies can look like. I’m drawn to movement that feels intentional and grounded, with room for breath, curiosity, and whatever you might need that day.
I now live in Massachusetts and work at Jacob’s Pillow, where I get to be surrounded by the dance and performing arts world that has been such a meaningful part of my life. Outside of work and movement, I spend a lot of time with my dog, re-exploring the Berkshires, wandering farmers markets, looking for vintage treasures, and finding a good book to get lost in.
At the heart of my practice is a simple belief: you don’t have to look like anyone else in the room or move in any particular way. You just have to show up as you are and have fun. I hope to create a space where you can move, breathe, feel, and take a little time for yourself, whatever that looks like for you.
